This new table allows a wider interpretation of the intervals achieved.

  • You have the option to change the scale at the top right of the chart, see in time, or see in distance.
  • Each zone of different colors refers to a particular interval.
  • Thus, it is possible to see:
    - time
    - speed
    - average HR
    - maximum HR
    - minimum HR
    - average cadence
    - average amplitude
  • This view allows you to better understand the recovery and effort phase between each interval.
  • Passing your mouse onto the interval will highlight the sectional you are looking at.
