TROT - Interval Training Analysis

This new table allows a wider interpretation of the intervals achieved.

Each zone of different colors refers to a particular interval. Passing your mouse onto the interval will highlight the sectional you are looking at.

This view allows you to better understand the effort phase and the recovery for each interval.

Thus, it is possible to see:
- time
- speed
- average HR
- maximum HR
- minimum HR
- average cadence
- average amplitude

You also have the option to change the scale at the top right of the chart, see in time, or see in distance.


You need to activate this feature directly in your parameters : My Account > Settings > My Trainings and then scroll down to Interval Training Analysis. 
You will then find this table in your training page, next to the graphs.
