- From the application, log in
- On the second tab "EQMs" the list of your Equimeters is displayed
- Click on the name of the Equimetre.
- If the device does not have the latest version installed, click on the red button "Update" to install the latest version of the software available. If it is not displayed, your Equimetre is up to date.
It is your phone that will update the software inside the sensor via Bluetooth. The update can take up to 20 minutes and the EQUIMETRE bluetooth led will be blinking. You can switch screen and apps but pay attention to staying close to the device !
Our teams release new versions very often! We recommend to check every month that your sensors are up to date.
In case of technical problem, it also happens that the update of the sensors solves your anomaly.
